CLINUVEL Confirms AGM Date

CLINUVEL PHARMACEUTICALS LTD (Company) today announces that in light of the restrictions on public gatherings and on international travel and in line with temporary amendments to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders will be held as a virtual (online) meeting. The Company’s virtual AGM will be held on Wednesday 10 November 2021. The AGM time will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting.

The Notice of Meeting and the Company’s Annual Report will be lodged with the ASX no later than Friday 08 October 2021. The Notice of Meeting and accompanying materials will include detailed information about how shareholders can participate in the AGM, including how to register, view proceedings, vote and ask questions.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Closing Date for receipt of Director nominations is Wednesday, 29 September 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 17.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 29 September 2021 at the Company’s Registered Office.
