Skin Conditions (Dermatoses)

While their exact prevalence is unknown, the majority of individuals will encounter some form of skin disease – or dermatosis – in their lifetime. From the most common – acne or chickenpox, affecting more than 90% of the population – to the rarest – such as xeroderma pigmentosum – dermatoses play some role in most individual’s lives.
